Site upgrade

Site's upgrade is complete, most of the functionality I want at a minimum is in. Chat's up, we don't have the ability to roll dice in it but there's some other options I'm seeing for rolls in posts themselves. Chat should no longer have a time out so let me know if anyones finding it dropping them when they idle.
